Before your first deposit
Katanaspin supports card payments, e-wallets and cryptocurrency for funding an account. The minimum deposit varies by location – anywhere from €2 to €15 depending on which country you play from – so check the cashier for the threshold that applies to you. No maximum deposit ceiling is published; the operator states this depends on the method you choose.
Every deposited amount must be played through at least three times before you can request a withdrawal. That turnover rule exists to prevent the platform being used as a pass-through for funds, but it does mean you cannot deposit, change your mind immediately and cash straight back out.
The internal operating currency is the euro. If you deposit in one of the other supported currencies – TRY, CAD, NZD, CZK, ZAR, BGN, HRK, RON, AUD or a handful of cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash – your balance is held in that currency, but be prepared for conversion friction if the payment route itself works in a different one.
Methods and their trade-offs
Katanaspin names Visa, Mastercard, EcoPayz, Interac, Instadebit, iDebit and a selection of cryptocurrencies as deposit options. For withdrawals, the operator mentions Original Credit Transfer for Visa and Payment Transfer for Mastercard.
Good to know: players depositing in Canadian dollars can only withdraw via EcoPayz, Interac, Instadebit or iDebit, and you must make at least one minimum deposit through one of these methods before it becomes available for payout. That effectively locks CAD players into a two-step funding cycle if they start with a card.
Cryptocurrency comes with a steep safety net: if you send funds to the wrong network address, Katanaspin will attempt recovery only if the amount exceeds €5,000, and the recovery fee is 0.1 BTC regardless of what you lost. Below that threshold, the operator does not attempt to retrieve the funds at all.
| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal | Minimum deposit |

Requesting a payout
Here is what the withdrawal process looks like, step by step:
- Log in to your Katanaspin account and open the cashier.
- Select the withdrawal option and choose your preferred method from those available to you.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw – it must meet the €50 minimum, though that floor rises to as much as €120 depending on your country of residence.
- Submit the request. If this is your first withdrawal, expect the operator to ask for verification documents before processing it.
- Wait for the operator to review and approve the request, then for the payment to clear through the banking system.
The order matters. Verification happens before your first payout is released, not after – so if you are in a hurry, uploading documents as soon as you register will save time later.
The wait explained
Katanaspin states withdrawals are processed within 72 hours. That is the operator's internal review window, not the time for money to land in your account – once approved, the payout still travels through the card network or the banking system, and that leg can add another few days depending on the method and the issuing bank.
In practice, what you actually wait depends on three things: whether your account is already verified, whether you requested the payout during the operator's working hours, and which route the money takes. A card withdrawal on a weekday with documents already on file will clear faster than a bank transfer requested late on a Friday with verification still pending.
Cryptocurrency payouts bypass traditional banking delays entirely, but the 72-hour operator review window still applies before the funds are broadcast to the blockchain.
Caps, fees and currency
The minimum withdrawal is €50, or between €50 and €120 depending on where you live. No maximum withdrawal ceiling is published – the operator states this depends on the payment method and your loyalty rank. Higher ranks unlock higher limits, but the ladder itself is not detailed beyond a note that Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers exist.
Here is the part that can sting: if you win more than €10,000, Katanaspin reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly instalments of up to €10,000 each until the full amount is paid. That cap is not a processing quirk – it is a term in the operator's own rules, and it means a large win can take several months to land in full.
Withdrawals via bank transfer may incur intermediary bank charges, capped at the equivalent of €16. The operator does not charge this fee directly, but the banks in the payment chain might, and Katanaspin will not reimburse it.
One more cost worth knowing about: if you do not log in to your account for 12 consecutive months, the operator charges a €10 monthly administrative fee as long as your balance is positive. That is a real fee, deducted automatically, so if you walk away from a small balance for a year it will drain to zero.
Identity checks
Katanaspin reserves the right to verify every customer at the time of their first withdrawal. You will be asked for copies of a passport or national identity card, utility bills, and copies of the debit or credit cards used to deposit – the usual documentation for licensed operators, but assembled before your first payout rather than spread over several requests.
The operator may also ask for a selfie holding your identity document, or a form with your account details visible. Documents must be provided in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet; if you cannot provide them in either script, Katanaspin reserves the right to require live video verification where you show your documents on camera.
Phone verification is also part of the process – the operator may call the number registered to your account as a necessary KYC step. Make sure the number on file is one you can actually answer.
When a payout is late or refused
Withdrawals get delayed or declined for a handful of reasons, almost all of them about compliance or unmet conditions. The operator will hold a payout if verification documents are missing, incomplete or do not match the account details. A request can also be refused if bonus wagering is not yet complete, if the deposited amount has not been turned over the required three times, or if the withdrawal falls below the published minimum.
